Upgrading or changing plans

You can upgrade or change your subscription plan at any time. Here's how:

Upgrading Your Plan

Access Subscription Page: Navigate to 'Subscription' from your account menu

Choose a Plan:

  • View all available plans
  • Compare features
  • Select the plan you want

Complete Payment:

  • Enter payment information
  • Choose payment method (Credit Card, GCash, PayMaya, Bank Transfer)
  • Complete the checkout process

Immediate Access:

  • New features available immediately
  • No waiting period

Downgrading Your Plan

  • Downgrade at any time
  • Changes take effect at end of billing cycle

Cancelling Subscription

When you cancel your subscription, here's what happens:

  • Full Access Continues: You keep full access to all features until your current billing cycle expires
  • No Immediate Cancellation: Your subscription is not cancelled immediately - it only cancels when it expires at the end of your billing period
  • No Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will not automatically renew when it expires
  • Data Access: After your subscription expires, your data remains accessible for 30 days
  • Export Your Data: We recommend exporting your data before your subscription expires to ensure you have a backup

Plan Changes

  • Upgrades: Immediate access to new features
  • Downgrades: Access continues until cycle ends
  • Cancellations: Full access continues until subscription expires at end of billing cycle, then 30-day data access period
