Is WedPlanner specifically designed for Filipino weddings?
Yes! WedPlanner is built with Filipino wedding traditions in mind. We support cultural ceremonies like Cord, Veil, and Coins rituals, accommodate extended Filipino family structures, and include vendors from across the Philippines including Manila, Cebu, Davao, and other provinces.
How do I reset my password?
Click on 'Forgot password?' on the sign-in page, enter your email address, and we'll send you a password reset link. Make sure to check your spam folder if you don't see the email.
Can I use WedPlanner on mobile?
Yes! WedPlanner is fully responsive and works on all mobile devices. You can access all features through your mobile browser, and we're working on dedicated mobile apps.
Can I collaborate with my partner and family members?
Yes! You can invite your partner to collaborate on your wedding planning. Premium plan users have access to full partner collaboration features where you can plan together, share updates, make decisions, and keep everyone in the loop.
What features are included in the free plan?
The free plan includes basic checklist (up to 25 items), budget tracking (up to 25 items), guest management (up to 25 guests), full vendor browsing and booking, photo gallery, and messaging. Upgrade to Standard or Premium plans for unlimited items, timeline, seating, mood board, and partner collaboration.
How does the vendor network work?
Our curated vendor network includes trusted Filipino wedding vendors - from lechon caterers to photographers. All vendors are verified and reviewed, and you can find options from major cities like Manila, Cebu, and Davao, as well as provincial areas. You can browse vendors, read reviews, and book directly through the platform.
Can I track my budget in Philippine Peso?
Yes! You can track your budget in Philippine Peso (PHP) with local vendor pricing. See typical wedding costs from Metro Manila to provincial areas to help you plan your budget. The budget tracker includes categories, payment tracking, and budget vs actual comparisons.
What wedding planning tools are included?
WedPlanner includes checklists with templates, timeline planning for Filipino wedding traditions, budget tracking with categories, guest and family management with RSVP tracking, seating arrangement planning, mood board creation (Premium), vendor directory and booking management, photo gallery, messaging, and quick notes.
How do I create a seating arrangement?
Seating arrangements are available in Standard and Premium plans. Go to the Seating page in your dashboard to create tables, assign guests, and visualize your seating plan. You can drag and drop guests to different tables and export your seating chart.
What is a mood board and how do I use it?
A mood board helps you visualize your wedding style and theme by collecting inspiration images, color palettes, and design ideas. This feature is available in Premium plan. You can create multiple boards for different aspects of your wedding like decor, flowers, and attire.
How do I manage my bookings?
All bookings with vendors are managed in the 'My Bookings' section. You can view all your booked vendors, see booking details, track payments, and communicate with vendors. Premium plan users can also generate printable booking reports.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, GCash, PayMaya, and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely with Philippine banking standards, and you'll receive receipts for your records.
How do I export my wedding data?
You can export your wedding data at any time from your dashboard. Go to your account settings to download your guest list, budget, checklist, timeline, and other information. Premium plan users can also generate printable reports for all features.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely! We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. Your information is private and secure, and we never share it with third parties. All data is stored securely and backed up regularly.
Can I change my subscription plan?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time. Changes will be reflected immediately, and you'll have access to new features right away. If you downgrade, changes will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We also offer prorated refunds if you downgrade mid-cycle.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
If you're on the free plan and reach your item limits (25 checklist items, 25 budget items, or 25 guests), you'll see a notification prompting you to upgrade. You can continue using the platform but won't be able to add more items until you upgrade or remove existing items.
