1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using WedPlanner ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WedPlanner's website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Service") provided by WedPlanner ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

WedPlanner is a comprehensive wedding planning platform designed to help Filipino couples plan their weddings. Our Service includes, but is not limited to:

• Guest list management and RSVP tracking
• Budget planning and expense tracking in Philippine Peso (PHP)
• Wedding timeline and checklist management
• Vendor directory and management
• Seating chart design tools
• Cultural ceremony planning features for Filipino weddings
• Mood Board for task management
• Other wedding planning tools and resources

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and identification
• Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

WedPlanner offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. All prices are displayed in Philippine Peso (PHP) and are subject to change with notice.

Free Plan

We offer a free plan with basic planning tools. No credit card is required to start. You can explore basic features and decide if WedPlanner is right for your wedding planning.

Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (6-month) as selected during registration. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in these Terms.

Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, GCash, PayMaya, and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the billing date. Refunds are processed at our discretion and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account. Refunds are not available for:

• Subscriptions that have been active for more than 7 days
• Free plan users
• Accounts that have violated these Terms

5. User Obligations and Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Transmit any material that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate WedPlanner, a WedPlanner employee, or another user
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service to plan events other than weddings without permission

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by WedPlanner and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you upload, create, or store using the Service ("User Content"). However, by using the Service, you grant WedPlanner a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WedPlanner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

WedPlanner is a planning tool and does not guarantee the success of your wedding or the performance of any vendors listed in our directory. We are not responsible for disputes between users and vendors.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
• You will continue to have access to your data for 30 days after cancellation
• After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI).

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by email or through a notice on our website at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
