Work together with your partner and family to plan your perfect wedding.

Inviting your partner

Partner collaboration allows you and your planning partners to plan your wedding together. This feature is available on Pro. Here's how to invite a partner:

Getting Started

Access Partner Settings: Go to your wedding settings or profile

Invite Partner:

  • Click 'Invite Partner' or 'Add Partner'
  • Enter your partner's email address
  • Send the invitation

Invitation Process

Sending Invitation

  • Enter partner's email address
  • Invitation email will be sent automatically
  • Partner receives invitation link

Invitation Email

  • Contains invitation link
  • Includes wedding information
  • Shows who sent the invitation

Accepting Invitation

For Your Partner

  • Click the invitation link in the email
  • Sign up or log in to WedPlanner
  • Accept the invitation
  • Start collaborating immediately

Invitation Status

  • Pending: Invitation sent, awaiting response
  • Accepted: Partner has accepted and joined
  • Declined: Partner declined the invitation
  • Expired: Invitation expired (can be resent)

Resending Invitations

  • Resend if invitation expires
  • Resend if partner didn't receive email
  • Check spam folder if needed

Requirements

  • Pro Plan: Partner collaboration requires Pro or Lifetime plan
  • Up to 2 partners: Each wedding can have up to 2 planning partners
  • Email Address: Partner must have valid email

  • Free Plan: Not available
  • Pro Plan: Full partner collaboration access
  • Lifetime Plan: Full partner collaboration access

Tip: Make sure your partner checks their email (including spam folder) for the invitation link!
