Inviting your partner

Partner collaboration allows you and your partner to plan your wedding together. This feature is available in Premium plan. Here's how to invite your partner:

Getting Started

Access Partner Settings: Go to your wedding settings or profile

Invite Partner:

  • Click 'Invite Partner' or 'Add Partner'
  • Enter your partner's email address
  • Send the invitation

Invitation Process

Sending Invitation

  • Enter partner's email address
  • Invitation email will be sent automatically
  • Partner receives invitation link

Invitation Email

  • Contains invitation link
  • Includes wedding information
  • Shows who sent the invitation

Accepting Invitation

For Your Partner

  • Click the invitation link in the email
  • Sign up or log in to WedPlanner
  • Accept the invitation
  • Start collaborating immediately

Invitation Status

  • Pending: Invitation sent, awaiting response
  • Accepted: Partner has accepted and joined
  • Declined: Partner declined the invitation
  • Expired: Invitation expired (can be resent)

Resending Invitations

  • Resend if invitation expires
  • Resend if partner didn't receive email
  • Check spam folder if needed

Requirements

  • Premium Plan: Partner collaboration requires Premium or Lifetime plan
  • One Partner: Each wedding can have one partner
  • Email Address: Partner must have valid email

Tip: Make sure your partner checks their email (including spam folder) for the invitation link!
