Setting up your budget tracker

The budget tracker helps you manage all your wedding expenses in Philippine Peso (PHP). Here's how to set it up:

Getting Started

Access Budget: Navigate to 'Budget' from the Management section in your dashboard sidebar.

Create Budget Items:

  • Click 'Add Budget Item' or the '+' button
  • Enter item name and description
  • Select a category (Venue, Catering, Photography, Attire, etc.)
  • Enter estimated cost in PHP
  • Set due date for payment (optional)
  • Link to a vendor if applicable (optional)

Budget Categories

  • Venue: Ceremony and reception venue costs
  • Catering: Food and beverage expenses
  • Photography: Photo and video services
  • Attire: Wedding dress, suit, and accessories
  • Decoration: Flowers, centerpieces, and decor
  • Entertainment: Music, DJ, or live band

Tracking Payments

Recording Payments

  • Add actual costs as you spend money

Payment Status

Budget Overview

  • Total Estimated: Sum of all estimated costs

Getting Started

Access Guests: Navigate to 'Guests' from the Management section in your dashboard sidebar.

Add Guests:

  • Click 'Add Guest' or the '+' button
  • Enter guest name (required)
  • Add email, phone, and address (optional)
  • Indicate if they have a plus-one
  • Add dietary requirements if needed
  • Add notes or special instructions

Guest Information

Basic Details

  • Name: Guest's full name
  • Email: Contact email address
  • Phone: Contact phone number
  • Address: Mailing address for invitations

Plus-One Management

  • Enable plus-one option for guests
  • Add plus-one name when known
  • Track plus-one RSVP status separately

Special Requirements

  • Dietary Requirements: Note any dietary restrictions or preferences
  • Accessibility Needs: Note any special accommodations needed

Tracking RSVPs

RSVP tracking helps you manage guest responses and plan accordingly. Here's how to use it:

RSVP Status

Status Types

  • Pending: Guest has not yet responded
  • Accepted: Guest confirmed they will attend
  • Declined: Guest cannot attend

Managing RSVPs

Updating RSVP Status

  • Click on a guest to view details
  • Update RSVP status manually
  • Add notes about the response
  • Update plus-one RSVP if applicable

Bulk Updates

  • Update multiple guests at once
  • Filter by status and update
  • Mark all as pending if needed

RSVP Statistics

  • Total Invited: Total number of guests invited
