Getting Started

Access Your Checklist: Navigate to 'Checklist' from the Planning section in your dashboard sidebar.

Create Checklist Items:

  • Click the '+' button or 'Add Item' to create a new task
  • Enter a title and optional description
  • Select a category (Venue, Catering, Photography, etc.)
  • Set a due date if needed
  • Assign the task to yourself or your partner (Premium feature)

Use Templates:

  • Choose from pre-made templates like 'Traditional Wedding', 'Modern Wedding', 'Budget-Friendly Wedding', etc.
  • Templates automatically populate common tasks for your wedding type
  • Customize templates to fit your specific needs

Managing Your Checklist

Organizing Tasks

  • Categories: Organize tasks by category (Venue, Catering, Photography, Decoration, etc.)
  • Status: Track tasks as 'Not Started', 'In Progress', or 'Completed'
  • Priority: Mark tasks as High, Medium, or Low priority
  • Due Dates: Set deadlines to keep your planning on track

Completing Tasks

  • Click the checkbox next to any task to mark it as completed
  • Completed tasks are automatically moved to the bottom of the list
  • View your progress percentage at the top of the checklist page

Drag and Drop

  • Reorder tasks by dragging them to your preferred position
  • This helps you prioritize and organize your workflow

Advanced Features

Linking to Mood Boards

  • Link checklist items to mood boards for visual inspiration
  • Access related mood boards directly from checklist items

Task Assignment

  • Assign tasks to yourself or your partner (Premium feature)

Creating and managing your timeline

The timeline feature helps you plan your wedding schedule and important dates. This feature is available in Standard and Premium plans.

Getting Started

Access Timeline: Navigate to 'Timeline' from the Planning section in your dashboard sidebar.

Create Timeline Events:

  • Click 'Add Event' or the '+' button
  • Enter event details:
  • Event name and description
  • Date and time
  • Location (optional)
  • Category (Ceremony, Reception, Pre-Wedding, etc.)
  • Priority level

Managing Your Timeline

View Options

  • Calendar View: See your timeline in a calendar format
  • List View: View events in a chronological list
  • Timeline View: Visual timeline showing all events

Organizing Events

  • Categories: Group events by type (Ceremony, Reception, Pre-Wedding Events, etc.)
  • Colors: Events are color-coded by category for easy identification
  • Filters: Filter events by category, date range, or status

Editing Events

  • Click on any event to view and edit details
  • Update dates, times, locations, and descriptions
  • Delete events you no longer need
