The vendor directory helps you discover trusted Filipino wedding vendors. Here's how to use it:

Getting Started

Access Vendors: Navigate to 'Browse Vendors' from the Vendors section in your dashboard sidebar.

Browse Vendors:

• View all available vendors in a grid or list view
• See vendor business names, categories, and ratings
• View vendor cover images and descriptions

Vendor Cards

• Business Name: Vendor's business name
• Category: Type of service provided
• Rating: Average rating from reviews
• Review Count: Number of reviews

• Cover Image: Visual representation of their work

Viewing Vendor Details

• Click on any vendor card to view full details
• See complete vendor profile

Vendor Verification

• All vendors are verified by WedPlanner
• Only approved vendors appear in the directory
• Vendors must meet quality standards

Booking vendors through WedPlanner makes it easy to manage all your vendor relationships in one place. Here's how:

Creating a Booking

Find a Vendor: Browse the vendor directory and select a vendor

View Vendor Details:

• Review vendor profile and portfolio
• Read reviews from other couples
• Check pricing and packages

Contact outside WedPlanner:

• Call or email the supplier using listing contact details
• Agree on packages, dates, and deposits offline

Add to My Bookings:

• Open My Bookings and add the hire yourself
• Enter service name, date, amount, and notes
• Mark status as you confirm and complete the service

Booking Status

Status Types

• Pending: Still finalizing with the supplier
• Booking Confirmed: Hire is locked in
• Cancelled: Booking was cancelled
• Service Done: Service has been completed

View Your Bookings

• Go to 'My Bookings' from the Vendors section
• See all your hires in one place
• Filter by status

Booking Details

• View booking information
• See vendor contact details
• Track booking status
• View booking amount

Linking to Budget

• Link bookings to budget items
• Track vendor expenses in your budget
• See all vendor-related costs together

Communication

• Call or email vendors using the contact details from the directory
• Keep WedPlanner for tracking deposits, dates, and notes

Accessing Your Bookings

Navigate to My Bookings: Go to 'My Bookings' from the Vendors section in your dashboard sidebar.

View All Bookings:

• See all your hires in one place
• View booking status at a glance
• See vendor names and service details

Booking Information

Booking Details

• Service Name: What service you booked
• Vendor Name: Which vendor you booked
• Booking Date: When the service is scheduled
• Amount: Cost of the booking
• Status: Current booking status
• Description: Additional details about the booking

Status Badges

• Pending: Yellow badge - awaiting confirmation
• Confirmed: Green badge - booking confirmed
• Cancelled: Red badge - booking cancelled
• Completed: Green badge - service completed

Filtering Bookings

• Filter by status (All, Pending, Confirmed, Cancelled, Completed)
• View only pending bookings
• See confirmed bookings
• Check completed services

Viewing Booking Details

• Click on any booking to view full details
• See complete booking information
• View vendor contact information
• Note phone or email for follow-up outside the app

Cancelling Bookings

• Cancel bookings if needed
• Confirm cancellation action
• Booking status will update to 'Cancelled'

Booking Reports

• Export booking information (Pro feature)

Rating System

• 5 Stars: Excellent service
• 4 Stars: Very good service
• 3 Stars: Good service
• 2 Stars: Fair service
• 1 Star: Poor service

Review Content

• Rating: Star rating (1-5)
• Comment: Written review from couple
• Reviewer: Name of the couple who left the review
• Date: When the review was posted
• Booking: Related booking (if applicable)

Average Ratings

• See overall vendor rating
• View total number of reviews
• Understand vendor reputation

Writing Reviews

After Booking

• Leave a review after your booking is completed
• Rate your experience (1-5 stars)
• Write a detailed comment
• Help other couples make decisions

Review Guidelines

• Be honest and fair

Review Moderation

Use Call or Email with the contact details shown

Agree offline on packages, dates, and deposits

Add the hire to My Bookings so amounts and dates stay with your wedding plan

What stays in WedPlanner

• Vendor name, service, date, and amount in My Bookings
• Notes about what you agreed
• Links to budget items for deposits and balances

Best Practices

• Confirm before paying: Verify packages and dates by phone or email
• Keep records: Save quotes and contracts in Files
• Update status: Mark Booking confirmed and Service done as you go
