Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the billing date. Processing is at our discretion and may take 5–10 business days. Refunds are not available for subscriptions active for more than 7 days, free plan users, or accounts that have violated our Terms. Refunds are not available in the following cases:
For subscription clients who do not proceed: within 7 days of payment they may request a refund per our refund policy above; after 7 days, fees are generally non-refundable but they may cancel and retain access until the end of the current billing period.
We do not process payments between couples and vendors; any refund for a vendor booking is between the couple and the vendor per the vendor's own policy.
